MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Anthracite Region Center for Independent Living is to enable individuals with disabilities to attain their highest possible level of independence.

WHO WE ARE

Since 1990, the Anthracite Region Center for Independent Living, Ltd. (ARCIL) has been a community based corporation. ARCIL serves persons with all types of disabilities and of all ages in Carbon, Luzerne and Schuylkill Counties. Anyone who has a disability is eligible for services.
