VITAL(Vocational and Independence Training for Adult Life) House, ARCIL staff help high school students with disabilities learn skills necessary to make a successful transition from school to adult life. VITAL is a join partnership with the Hazleton Area School District, the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and ARCIL.
